What happens if I show up late for my pickup because of traffic?

You will be required to pay a late fee due to limited kennel space.

What if I miss my 6 week appointment and wait until week 12 to groom my fur baby?

It is recommended that your pets are kept on a regular schedule to prevent long term health issues and excessive matting. Excessive matting may change the type of groom you are seeing as well as the cost of the groom.

•Vaccination Policy: All pets must have current proof of Rabies, Distemper, and Parvo vaccinations administered by a licensed veterinarian. Proof must be provided before or at drop-off. •Leash Policy: All animals must be leashed when entering the salon. •Late Pickup Fees: A $10 fee applies if a dog is not picked up within 30 minutes of notification. Additional fees apply every 30 minutes thereafter due to limited kennel space. •Grooming Schedule Recommendations: Pricing is based on regular grooming maintenance (every 3, 6, or 8 weeks), as determined by the owner and groomer. Failure to maintain a regular schedule set between owner and groomer, will likely increase the price of the grooming •Grooming Prices: Grooms are determined by frequency of grooming, coat condition, and temperament of the pet.
